Lead Pastor

Since the fall of 2005, the Lord has blessed us with Pastor Bob Kadlecik as our Lead Pastor. He has been a pastor since 1996 and holds a Masters of Divinity from Baptist Bible Seminary. He and his wife Becky have four children: Carys, Amber, Ryan, and Daniel. One of his greatest joys is to see ordinary people used by God in extraordinary ways. 

Church Secretary

Denise graduated from Baptist Bible College with an education degree. While there, Denise met her husband Reggie. Denise loves to sing and she keeps busy in ministry and running around with her three teenagers.

Hallstead Campus Director

Kyle is the campus director of our Hallstead location.  He graduated from Philadelphia Biblical University with a degree in Biblical Studies as well as Business Administration. He currently is a regional sales representative for a construction supplies company based in CT.  Kyle is married to Kristi and has 2 children. He enjoys hiking, backpacking, coaching and playing soccer.

 

Church Secretary & Treasurer

Marda Wells

Marda has been serving here at Bridgewater since June of 2007.  She has been married to Jesse for over 26 years and they have two grown children, Jeremy and Jessica.  Marda enjoys gardening and traveling and squirrels and pomegranates!  

Pastor of Student Ministries

Pastor Andrew was called to Bridgewater in September of 2009 as our Youth Pastor.  He loves to kayak, hike, run, and play hockey on the ice!  Pastor Andrew served as a youth pastor in Sydney, Australia and worked as the Pastor of Youth and Outreach in Conklin, NY.  He and his beautiful wife, Amber, have 3 children: Philip, Dori, and Brayden.

Church Secretary

Robin moved to Montrose, in 2009 with her late husband, Peter to be closer to family.  She has been working at Bridgewater since September, 2010. She has been richly blessed by having two children and 5 grandchildren. 

Hallstead Children's Coordinator

Kristi has been serving as our children's coordinator since June of 2011. She is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University, where she earned both a Biblical Studies and Early Childhood Education degree. Kristi has taught in both public and private schools but currently focuses her attention on raising her daughter, Mia, and her son, Micah.

Montrose Children's Coordinator

Heather Castiglione

Heather is a graduate of Penn State and has a Montessori certificate in elementary education. She loves traveling and teaching but considers being a stay at home mom to two little ones the best education she has ever had. She and her husband Dan love being stewards of their little corner of the world and working on their farmhouse.

Pastor of Outreach and Discipleship

Pastor Brett was called to Bridgewater in August of 2009 as our Discipleship and Outreach Pastor.  He loves to hunt and fish, enjoys all sports and loves his cows!  A day off includes cutting down trees, stacking wood, or building something.  Brett and his wife Nicole have been blessed with 5 children: Avenlea, Eric, Annika, James and Jesse.

Worship Director

Walter has been at Bridgewater since August of 2011.  He is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical Univeristy.  Walter has a passion to lead others in worship.  He and his lovely wife Kristin have three adorable little girls - Teresa, Maria and Sophia.

 

Pastoral Intern

Ethan is an intern from Baptist Bible Seminary. He enjoys basically anything outdoors including hiking, fishing, shooting, kayaking, and biking, just to name a few. Originally, Ethan is from Ohio but has spent the last 3 years in PA working on his Masters of Divinity degree. He has a great sense of humor, always enjoys a good practical joke, and loves to see peoples' lives changed by Christ.
